In May 2010, we initiated a very critical project for us as an organization in its setup process. The project was called "Development Center" and it involved 59 Medical Sales Representatives, 5 Regional Sales Managers. We accomplished it in a very short period of time like 2 months with great dedication and a meaningful cooperation.

We would once again like to express our gratitude to the team of consultants who guided us throughout every stage of the Development Centers from the very first day till the end as if they were a part of our organization. They shared their views and perspectives on every matter, demonstrated a professional, flexible, dynamic and empathetic approach.

This process has been a wonderful starting point enabling us to identify our critical competencies, explore our talents, get to know each other closer and move ahead with firm steps.

We hope to continue our growing cooperation with Profil International and wish them success.
