1. History
Established in 1991 in İstanbul by Ayşe Öztuna and Nilgün Aygen, Profil International initially focused on Human Resources Management Consulting. Over the years Profil International has pioneered and redefined human resources management consulting principles, techniques and standards in Turkey.

Our services have been developed and positioned to deliver our promise of value to select clients in diverse industries providing tailored solutions.

We have expanded the scope of our services to include Organizational Development, where we aim to create organizations of effective "business-people", where everyone is committed to the vision of the organization they are working for, and where everyone exceeds customer expectations as well as managing the bottom-line.

4. Organizational Development
Our Organizational Development Division assists clients to realize their visions through their people, to discover their own greatness and perform measurable differences out-innovating the competition.
